How to contact us regarding an order?
To expedite service, please provide the following in your message:
- order number
- first and last name
- email address used when placing the order
- name of the product in question
- description of the problem or question
Reports concerning damaged, incorrect, or missing products
If the received goods are damaged, not in accordance with the order, or incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. The report should include photos documenting the condition of the product and packaging. This period does not limit the consumer's rights under legal provisions, including the right to withdraw from the contract and warranty for conformity of goods with the contract.
