§ 1. General Provisions
This set of terms and conditions defines the rules for using the Mafex Export online store, available at mafex-export.com, as well as the conditions for concluding and executing sales contracts. Using the store and placing orders is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions.

§ 2. Product Information
The store strives to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and parameters are reliable and up-to-date. Product colors may slightly differ from reality depending on the screen settings of the device. If you have any doubts about a product, please contact us before placing an order.
§ 3. Prices and Payments
All prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN / zł) and are gross prices including VAT. Delivery costs are clearly indicated before finalizing payment. The store accepts payments by Visa and Mastercard. The store reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or payment irregularities, with immediate refund of the collected funds.
§ 4. Placing Orders and Concluding a Contract
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and going through the checkout process. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the store. The store confirms acceptance of the order via e-mail.
§ 5. Delivery
The store delivers only within Poland. Detailed delivery rules, costs, and deadlines are described in the "Shipping Policy" section. The customer is obliged to provide a correct delivery address.
§ 6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. Detailed rules for returns and refunds are described in the "Refund Policy" section. These terms and conditions do not limit any consumer rights resulting from applicable law.
§ 7. Order Cancellation
The customer may request to cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting customer service. The store will make every effort to accommodate the request, but does not guarantee its fulfillment depending on the stage of order processing. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible — in such a case, the withdrawal procedure applies.
§ 8. Warranty for Conformity of Goods with the Contract
All products are covered by the statutory warranty for conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with Polish law and directly applicable EU law, including regulations implementing EU consumer protection directives. The store does not limit consumer rights resulting from the warranty.
§ 9. User Responsibility
The user undertakes to use the store in accordance with applicable law and these terms and conditions, in particular to provide truthful data and not to take actions that may disrupt the functioning of the store.
§ 10. Intellectual Property
All content published on Mafex Export.com, including texts, photos, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and is the property of the store or entities that have granted licenses. Copying or using this content without permission is prohibited.
§ 11. Force Majeure
The store is not responsible for non-performance or improper performance of obligations resulting from circumstances beyond the store's control, including natural disasters, strikes, infrastructure failures, or actions of state authorities.
§ 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Contracts concluded through the store are governed by Polish law and directly applicable EU law and Polish regulations implementing EU consumer protection directives. All disputes will be resolved amicably through contact with customer service. If an amicable solution is not possible, the consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods (ADR) recognized in Poland or turn to the locally competent consumer protection authority. These terms and conditions do not limit the consumer's right to pursue claims in a common court.
§ 13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The store reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes come into effect on the date of their publication on the website. Orders placed before the change are subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time the order was placed.
