Accepted Payment Methods

Mafex-export store accepts the following payment methods:

• Visa
• Mastercard

Currency

All prices are quoted in Polish Złoty (PLN / zł).

Prices and Taxes

Product prices presented in the store are gross prices, i.e., they include all applicable taxes, including VAT. No additional tax fees not explicitly indicated beforehand are charged after the order is finalized.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are clearly visible before payment. Detailed rules for calculating delivery costs are described in the "Delivery and Shipping" section.

Payment Security

Payment transactions are handled by external payment service providers. Full payment card details are processed by the payment operator and are not stored by the store.

Order Cancellation by the Store

The store reserves the right to cancel an order in justified cases, including, in particular, when:

• there is suspicion of illegal activity or attempted fraud
• payment process irregularities occur
• the provided delivery address is incorrect or unverifiable
• the ordered product is out of stock
• the product price was displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical error

In the event of an order cancellation by the store, the customer will be immediately informed, and any payments collected will be refunded.

Promotions and Price Reductions

When promotional or reduced prices are presented, the store displays the lowest price of the given product from the 30 days preceding the reduction, in accordance with applicable law.
